   At least 1 mL per week, spread into two doses. Such as 0.5 mL on Monday and 0.5 mL on Thursday. Or 0.75 mg and 0.75 mg for Intermediates. Those who previously had enough experience may use 1 mL Mon and 1 mL Thu (2 weekly injections of 1 mL each = 2 ml per week which is equal to 600 mg/week of Test Enanthate and 400 mg/week of Nandrolone Decanoate)

   Thinking about Ultimate- Mass/Stack 500 twice a week 1ml. Per shot for 10-12 weeks with Stanabol or what would you recommend ? What else would you recommend during this cycle ? Also your recommendation for the end of cycle ? I have been on various cycles for 5 years.
